I am trying to figure out if i have one of the first mustang convertables made in 2005. My production sequence number is 185821 "last 6 of VIN" This car was assembled in March and I got it in April of 05' Can you guys give me any help here as to figuring this out?
-even though to get the actual production figures you'd prolly need to go to a mustang website, but just to help you out, if your last six is 185,821...you have the 85,821st one produced for that model year. ford units start at 100,001..mercury units start at 600,001.
if yours was built in march, thats about the middle as job 1 was late summer '04. hope that helps.....
