Are they going to cover the damage?

WELL EVEN IF THEY COVER IT IS YOUR INSURANCE GOING TO GO UP?
my friend got his $15000 Acura hit after we won the World Series by a guy we were parting with and the only guy with the nuts to get in the street and roast em up in celeibration. then he left. we called him back and we said he would pay for it, now he wants do do insurance. no police report cause he sounded like he was paying out of pocket and he was drinking. now the legal BS starts.

hope it doesnt effect you insurance

How about some pics? I have lots of panels but if it's an entire 1/4 panel, you're better off getting another fox.

, sorry to hear it.
Their insurance should cover it.
Yes, they are covered by a huge policy but that doesn't mean you'll get any more out of them.

My dad's '01 Ram got taken out by a Terminix truck and although they are highly insured, he still got the minimum. No different than dealing with any generic motorist's insurance.
I hope you at least get something from them.

Wow man, that really sucks.  I'd probably cry if someone did that to my Tbird.  I hope it turns out well.

wow they must of done a hell of alot more than body damage. bcuz i didnt even realize radiator coolant was leaking out of my car and my car is overheating. my car is like the only 3.8 that stays directly in the middle on the temp guage. all the other ones overheat. all i did was new radiator, and a bunch of maintenence and cleaning which is now ruined cuz radiator fluid is leaking all over the engine. 7 months of cleaning gone in an instant.

5mins with a hose and its clean again...

Check your oil, 3.8's are good at making milkshakes.

And theres no way them hitting your parked car in the rear is going to hurt the engine.

Not necessarily.  My trucks do have a million dollar policy, but it covers cargo.  The liability insurance I think is a regular 100/300 policy.
