as stated need something with OVER 226* duration @.050 and less then .450 lift

Found a cam now i need the roller tappets

ive got a 2.3 8 plug roller ranger head... with cam and rollers.. i could possibly pull the followers if that is what u want? let me know and ill see if i can get up there and pull em for ya.. pm me or call me if u want ill pm u the number (probably best to call me)

Shoot me a price on the cam and followers please. Ive been in and out of the doctor alot latley and probly will be real busy to call unless it is at an odd hour etc.

cam specs would be for a STOCK 89 ranger 2.3 5 speed the head is at the shop and i can get up there and check conditions for ya. u have pm btw
