Anybody ever do it? a bunch of that is rotten on my stang and i'd prefer to leave it off when I assemble it, anybody?

lol i'm not sure how to delete emissions on 3.8L

I just got the heads back on, Can I just plug the hole in the back of the manifold and the line toi the cats and leave the air pump hoses of??
