that's kinda like what I'm doing.  Except I'm gonna go with a 2" chop instead of 4".  no rear fender ground effects, and instead of roadrunner taillights, I'm using '64 Impala lights.  The front will be a TC panel, with newer Impala headlights or Diamante lights frenched in.  The bumper I hope to have chrome, but haven't figured which yet, and the front fenders may need to lowered, to compliment the windshield lines(which a 2" chop will exaggerate).  A 400cid with zoomies out from under the doors, and lastly, A shaker hood/air cleaner on top.  Hey, if I had a TC or XR7, I'd keep it stock, but it's only a $200 commuter with the 3.8 and aod.  Til I get something else for a daily driver(70 dart swinger with a 3.8 and aod would be nice), I'll still be planning it out.  Of course, I have to finish my 48 F1, and 62 Mercury Meteor first.

Dido, I like everything but the taillights. It looks sick, and would be an awesome street beast.

I like it from the front fenders forward... from the doors back though, UGH! He needs to either go back on his meds or come off of them.

I dont think the roof line or the body lines on these cars really needs to be altered. The guy definitely has talent but I think the car would've looked alot better if he'd have worked from the late 80's NHRA pro stock body (i.e. Glidden) pics rather than a clean sheet of paper... Narrowed the rear and maybe used an Air Ride suspension. Something more like this:

I like the T/A vents in the front fenders (in fact I very well might steal that idea) and the chopped roof. Other than that they should take that car out back and bury it. The car looks very well done, but it just looks wrong. Talent and taste are apparently two entirely different things...
