I bought my baby cousin a bear for her birthday that does stuff like that. The thing is freaky. If you leave it alone it will just sit and wimper. Then its arms start moving up to its head and so on.
Better than actually owning a cat. At least you can shut this one off.
I may offer this to my wife as an alternative.
