my buddy runs track and CC in college
he runs a mile in the 4:45 range, but he runs 10 - 14 miles a day

My 87 cougar LS has the full digital dash, and when you turn the lights on the dash lights go out. I have no clue why it does this. Anyone have this happen or know of a solution.

My 87 5.0 used to do that then when ya hit the gas itd hesitate for a second then run fine... just one bad plug. its easy ta check and a cheap fix

Heres the scoop. i've got an 87 cat w/ a 5.0, and its been sitting in our storage shed since august. last week i was going to load it on a trailer to get some body work done on it, but of course it didnt start. the battery was dead so i threw the charger on it, charged it for 10-15 min. then put it on boost. when i turned the key the starter syloniod just clicked. since the shed isnt heated, could it be the starter is just froze up.
i know its not the fuel pump cause it turns on for a few seconds then shuts off.
when  i put the battery charger on it, there was a hissing sound coming from the passenger side of the engine. almost sounds like an injector

any info would help
