T-Bird/Cougar Parts & Cars FOR SALE / 1988 Thunderbird Sport Coupe
Hey guys & gals, I'm letting go my 88 T Bird that I've owned for 15 years and use to be my daily driver. It's a factory sport coupe originally equipped with a 5 liter non HO 175hp AOD trans and a 7.5 rear with 2.73's. I hate to sell it with the amount of time and effort I put into her but I just don't have the room to store it anymore. I would like to get $2500 obo and transportation can be arranged for a fee. I'm hoping see it sold to another T Bird enthusiest :D

Upgrades include Merkel-built 306, GT- 40X Heads, E-303 cam, FRPP 1.6 Roller Rockers, Cobra Intake, 65mm Accufab throttle body, 73mm Mass Airflow Sensor, 24lb Injectors, 190lph Holley Fuel Pump, MSD Ignition/Distributor/coil, 100amp altenator, JBA Headers, Bassani Stainless Steel X pipe, Borla SS lers, new tailpipes, World Class 2.95 T-5 5 speed, Pro 5.0 shifter, FRPP Clutch, FRPP Aluminum Driveshaft, Frame Connectors, Turbo Coupe 8.8 Rear Disk Axle with adjustable proportioning valve rebuilt with 4.10 gears, Auburn Pro Series Differential 31 Spline Axles. New Battery, Auto Meter Tach w/Light, Autometer Water Temp, Oil Pressure, Voltage Gauges. 4 new tires 225/50/16 Front 255/50/16 Rear

I have the following Suspension items to be included with the sale (not installed)

Energy Suspension Front and Rear Spring Isolators and Steering Rack Bushings, KYB Struts, KYB Shocks and Quad axle shocks for the rear, CHE Tubular Rear Lower Control Arms, spare T-5 transmission, driveshaft and 3.73 gears

Items that need repair to the best of my knowledge are Cracked winshield, Cracked upper dash panel, Drivers Seat support needs to be replaced, passenger door lock actuator needs to be replaced and I believe the belt tensioner needs to be replaced. Overall the car is in very good, condition for a 22 year old vehicle. Non smoker
