I gotta say very nice and under the hood looks alot like how my bird did when i brought her home. And is it just me or does she look like a bird when the tops up=]
mustang h-pipe w or w/o cats flowmaster offset in offset out s and dynomax mustang lx or gt tail pipes and a pair of 18" exhaust tips. or if you want cheaper lers go with the welded dynomax ones look like flowmasters and kinda sound like them too. I had custom front pipes made and the dynomax stuff put on. You might have to move your fuel filter to the outside of the frame. We had to on mine.
the trans aint gonna be a prob. autos coming out and either a 4 or 5 speed is going in along with a early 302 or 351 4bbl. havent decided yet just finishing collecting the parts to get it done with the swap then she's off for paint:burnout:
the black ones or the gold? the gold were off a chrome yellow special ed. Mustang and the black ones were old ARE that were just sitting around and thanks she's getting a alot of work over the winter.
hey guys found a new yard that has an 83-84 turbo coupe motor and turbo still in it, theres an 83 tcoupe in the auto-locator.com search under troys its on the second page, also theres a few on craiglist.org in the scranot/wilkes barre area of pa(1 for 300) needs a fuel pump and a 30th car for a grand. if you's need something let me know and i'll try finding it around here
all they do is blow the motors then the salvage yards get to bid on them at auction. Still its a waste of good cars. My misses has a jeep cherokee that needs alot of work and ive seen 10 or so that are in ALOT better shape(no rust, dents, ect) and there low mileage. And they say there doing this for fuel. Her's gets close to 400 miles to 1 tank of fuel
Well i found out it was my sensor. I guess the older couple that owned the car never had it changed since it only had 74000 on the clock when i bought her.guage works great now. thanks
I wish i would have been on here awhile ago i would have snagged it right quick and in a hurry. very nice car too. there was an 84 in RacePages in the steeda class as num#1=]
How much for the hood? and is that a gm style cap i see?????????? Oh yeah stock intake or aftermarket? either way how did you get around the elec. pump in the tank?
