Pump Size Is A Stock 88 Lps, 2.3 Turbo With 5 Speed Transmission And Stock Injectors.. Have Already Replaced Fuel Injector ''0'' Rings, Fuel Pressure Regulator, And Fuel Filter...
I Have A Problem With My T-bird's Fuel Pressure Falling At Acceration From 40 Lbs To 25. Is This Strictly A Fuel Pump Problem... Or Could It Be The Fuel Pressure Relay, Faulty Tank Gaskets Or Something Else Causing This Problem ? I Know It Has A Aftermarket Pump In It.... Probably A Cheap One. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated.....
My 88 Turbo Coupe Runs Fine... But At Times Cuts Out Under Wide Open Throttle...i Have Changed The Vam, Iac, Throttle Position Sensor, Ignition Module And Pip , And Also The Fuel Pump A While Back... I Have Also Checked The Air Intake Hose To Make Sure It Is Not Collapsing. Still No Luck. The Problem Seems To Be Worse In The Summer Or When It's Warmer Outside. Any Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated..
